CoinC Tech Privacy and User Agreement
This CoinC Tech agreement (further referred to the “Agreement”) is for customers who reside in Canada and all other countries.
This is a contract between you a CoinC Tech member and:
CoinC Tech operates in British Columbia, Canada as a Sole Proprietor.
References in this Agreement to “CoinC Tech“, “I”; “we”, “our” or “us”, are to CoinC Tech, and references to “you” or “your” are to the person with whom CoinC Tech enters into this membership Agreement.
By signing up to use an account through CoinC Tech as a member, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all of the disclaimers, terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy.
We refer to the established money or Fiat Services, Digital currency and Additional Services (all defined below) and such other services that may be offered by CoinC Tech from time to time, collectively, as the “CoinC Tech“, which can be accessed by your membership (the “CoinC Tech website”)
Important Definitions: As used throughout this Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings.
“Digital Asset” means any digital asset which is a digital representation of value of any crypto coin/token meme, referred to or educated on within CoinC Tech.
“Supported Digital Asset” means only those particular Digital Assets listed as valuable to trade or buy (as defined below). Services and supported assets may vary by jurisdiction.
Even though we do not offer the ability to purchase digital currency, we ask that you be aware when investing in digital coins.tokens, memes,etc., that these highly speculative investments can have volatile risk and even loss in trading, resulting in loss of money whether fiat or digital. CoinC Tech recommends you test your investments first with small increments like low money investments. If they prove to be satisfactory for you, only then should you increase your investment in that digital product. Our aim is to provide education on the digital currency product, what you do with that education is for your own discretion.
Contacting and consulting with a financial advisor is advisable but not fully necessary. This can help you assess what funds you have available to trade.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be of legal age or age of majority within your jurisdiction of residence or country to become a member of CoinC Tech, and enter into an agreement with our product and services. There may be some countries that do not allow access to information regarding digital currency whether by referral or by internet access. We reserve the right to not provide any CoinC Tech products or services to such a country.
2. DIGITAL SERVICES
2.4. Payment Services Partners.
Included to but not limited to your CoinC Tech membership activation, in order to collect “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle” digital asset transaction and your CoinC Tech membership fee for, CoinC Tech, CoinC Tech uses a third party payment processor. In the event that your membership account falls into arrears CoinC Tech will use a collection agency to offer a way to bring your account into good standing. Good Standing means your account is up to date and not in arears.
3. ACCOUNT SETUP
3.1. Registration of CoinC Tech.
Approval will need to be completed in writing if you wish to share your CoinC Tech digital content, Reports, and membership access with a third party. The CoinC Tech digital currency content is for you and only you. C has provided you with the opportunity to become an Affiliate of CoinC Tech if you wish to share the CoinC Tech digital content and/or Reports. This is in accordance with Section ))))))of this agreement. You may have only one CoinC Tech membership account per person. CoinC Tech has the sole discretion to refuse to open a CoinC Tech membership account, to suspend,or to delete or terminate a CoinC Tech. (Including but not limited to duplicate accounts You are fully responsible for all activity, payments and other activity that takes place in your CoinC Tech membership account. If anyone established access to your CoinC Tech membership account, you are fully responsible for all acts of omissions, loss of income, ore failure to fulill your CoinC Tech membership monthly payment fees.. Please see Section 7 below for more information.
In the event a third party does get access to your CoinC Tech membership account you acknowledge and agree that you will not hold CoinC Tech responsible or and will indemnify CoinC Tech from all and any liability that arises from third party activities on your CoinC Tech membership.
4.. Purchase or Sale of Digital Assets
5. DIGITAL ASSET PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
4.1 . You may purchase supported Digital Assets by using fiat currency or digital currency depending on the product or service
CoinC Tech offers for sale. Purchase of future digital assets using fiat currency should be settled in a normal or reasonable time frame. By completing your CoinC Tech paid membership application you agree and authorize CoinC Tech to use third party financial institutions with which we have partnered with to complete your purchase payment. In the event there is a disturbance in the world economy fiat system CoinC Tech reserves the right to change how our CoinC Tech paid membership can pay for our products and services. Payments for CoinC Tech products and services may be delayed due to financial institutions closing policies, including Canadian Government regulations, or national public holidays. In these instances a delay would only occur for one business day or after 1:30 pm (Pacific Standard Time PST)

5.1 Payment Funds
Payment funds for CoinC Tech paid membership or other CoinC Tech products and services may be debited from your payment method prior to you receiving such products or services. CoinC Tech uses third party payment processor to fulfill your orders, and have no control over how fast or slow the payments get processed. Thereby there may be a period of time from payment of products and services to receipt of such products and services.
5.2. Payment Methods.
CoinC Tech has added a choice of payment methods to allow you to purchase any of our products and services.
5.3. Recurring Digital Asset Transactions.
The CoinC Tech Paid Membership fee is a recurring monthly fee, and by completing your . CoinC Tech Paid Membership registration you have authorized us to initiate recurring electronic payments at the Paid membership fee price established by. CoinC Tech These Paid Monthly payments will be deducted from your Financial Institution on the anniversary date for the day of the month you completed your registration. If said payment falls on a week-end or public holiday within the jurisdiction of your Financial Institution, the debit will be executed on the next business day. We will notify you if your Financial Institution is unable to complete the transaction. You also agree to notify . CoinC Tech of any change to your Financial Institution services in writing 72 hours prior to a scheduled debit transaction. CoinC Tech may suspend or delay recurring transactions without notice or terminate recurring payments by providing notice to you. It is your responsibility to speedily resolve this payment issue in a timely manner to avoid cancellation of your CoinC Tech account. You further acknowledge and agree that CoinC Tech has no liability for any losses related to payment denied issues.
6. Cancellation of Paid Membership
You may cancel your CoinC Tech Paid Membership at any time in writing or emailing CoinC Tech,, but we require seven days’ notice prior to your next Monthly membership payment due, otherwise your due payment will be processed. This cancellation notice does not void any outstanding Paid Membership fees owing to CoinC Tech. If you have occurred a negative balance in your CoinC Tech Paid Membership account you will still be required to pay any outstanding amount. You authorize us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions owed to CoinC Tech at the time of cancellation.
6.3 Any product and service at.
CoinC Tech may change or be discontinued at any time, and . CoinC Tech reserves the right at our sole discretion to do so and make such changes. You may receive a product that is similar and you agree to allow us to deliver the new product. We will try to notify you of such a change, discontinuation, or complete replacement of said product.
6.4 From time to time we may change or revise any aspect of this Agreement (including prices and fees associated with any of our products or services offered within .
CoinC Tech at our sole discretion. CoinC Tech will try to notify you of any changes to our products and services in a timely fashion. We encourage you to visit the Disclaimer page, Terms page, Agreement page and the Affiliate page from time to time in the event you missed an update. You can terminate your account with . CoinC Tech at any time if you do not agree with the new modifications.
7. Disputes and Liability.
Our employees, agents, joint ventures or service providers are not liable, if for whatever reason you have place a dispute with a third party provider. Non of . CoinC Tech representatives will be liable for any claims, demands or damages (actual and consequential, direct or indirect) of any kind or nature arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
7.1 Full Indemnification.
You agree that any of . CoinC Tech representatives, service providers or Affiliates will be indemnified of any costs including legal fees, fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority, in regards to any of . CoinC Tech products or services.
7.2 CoinC Tech
is not liable for any investment losses you make in our products or services or that occur by using our products or services that you can or can not afford, that causes you to suffer.
7.3 Reputation Loss .
As a member of CoinC Tech you agree that any loss of business or future members or revenue or damage of reputation or goodwill, to CoinC Tech due to actions taken by you whether verbal, written, SMS text messages or social media comments direct or indirect is prosecutable by law.
(b) Any damages or losses due to . CoinC Tech from misinformation, miss-communication, inaccurate content, from a member’s deeds shall be perceptional by law.
(c ) Whether we are able to prove or not prove any loss or damages that result from a breach of this Agreement regarding any content held within CoinC Tech that rises from a members activities outside of CoinC Tech, CoinC Tech reserves the right to legally address such exposure, and reclaim any financial losses from such members.
(d) Under law and regulation, including our obligation to exercise reasonable care and skill in our . CoinC Tech services, shall limit our liabilities, if such liability results from fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7.4 No Warranties.
CoinC Tech provides no further promises made by us around availability of our “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle” or . CoinC Tech paid membership addon reports and other products and services. plus CoinC Tech and all of the above is provided on an “as is” basis. . CoinC Tech makes no promises around access or availability to the CoinC Tech website due to unexplainable interruptions, or weather related interruptions, or technical interruption, will be error-free and sustain content contained therein
CoinC Tech products and services that contain information can be considered timely and may change from time to time without notice. CoinC Tech viewpoint, opinion, recommendations or estimates or projections that might be stated within any of our content may or may not be accurate.
CoinC Tech makes no claims of accuracy regarding any investment options and it is up to each member to due their own due diligence and research before engaging in any crypto investment. CoinC Tech makes no claim to recommend or encourage you to buy, sell, trade, swap or any other transaction with any digital asset. CoinC Tech
7.5 No Liability for Breach.
We are not liable whether direct or indirect for any interruption of delivery, or delays in delivery of CoinC Tech products and services or for any breach of the Agreement. This includes any unforeseeable or abnormal circumstances that would have been unavoidable despite all efforts to the contrary, or where mandatory legal rules nor are we liable.
8. Accuracy and Site Availability.

During times of significant volatility or volume of users access to CoinC Tech may become unavailable to new or existing members. Access to your account , or support tickets, may have no access during power outages, or no internet services in the area of the Head Office,
Any alleged damages from CoinC Tech either from being offline, or other Godly Acts of Nature that prevent CoinC Tech from operating as usual, under no circumstances shall CoinC Tech be liable.
8.2. Website Accuracy.
The CoinC Tech blog posts, and/or Reports may not be entirely current, accurate or complete even though we strive to provide timely and accurate information on the site, and this content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors.
CoinC Tech from time to time due to changes without notice in regard to applicable laws, may change content on the site, in an effort to continue to provide you with content as accurate and complete as possible. This extends to CoinC Tech products and services and we reservice the right to change this content without notice to the extent permitted by applicable law, and may all products and services may be updated from time to time without notice.
CoinC Tech advised you to do your own research and make decisions based on information you believe to be valid, and accordingly you should verify all information independently of CoinC Tech, and all decision made is your sole responsibility and CoinC Tech will have no liability for such decisions.
CoinC Tech may have provided as a convenience to our members links to third party websites and/or materials, but are not controlled by us and we have no influence on what they post or provide for information. CoinC Tech is not responsible for any aspect of such information, contained in any third party materials, information, content or crypto mining bots apps and/or software..
9. Disputes, Complaints, Queries and/or Customer Feedback and Resolutions
9.1. For addressing any CoinC
Tech concerns regarding your membership login, or not receiving membership content or the “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle”, please do not hesitate to provide feedback via this email: feedback@coinc.tech.
complaints are addressed within 72 hours excluding national holidays and week-ends. If for whatever reason you feel your concern was not addressed to your satisfaction, after first contacting our support team to attempt to resolve such complaint, you can also leave a message at feedback@coinc.tech, and a Senior Tech Support from CoinC Tech will get back to you.
10. DATA PROTECTION
10.1. Personal Information Collected.
CoinC Tech collects some personal information in relation to you, for our members, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which shall form part of this Agreement, and by completing your membership registration, you also accordingly represent and warrant the collection of such information.
(a) CoinC Tech advised that when you complete your membership application/registration, that your disclosure to us of such information is accurate and up to date and relevant when disclosed.
(b) CoinC Tech required you to read and understand the provided Privacy Policy prior to providing us your personal information, as linked here PrivacyPolicy. If for whatever reason a third party is registering on behalf of yourself you have also instructed them to read and understand the CoinC Tech PrivacyPolicy. reserves the right to amend the PrivacyPolicy from time to time and thereby also recommends you return to the Privacy Policy often to make sure you are up-to-date with the current CoinC Tech privacy Policy Agreement.
(c) If for whatever reason CoinC Tech provides you with a replacement version of the PrivacyPolicy, in unexpected needs, you accept and agree from time to time this may be changed. CoinC Tech recommends that you promptly read the new Privacy Policy upon notice of change provided by CoinC Tech.
11. Password Security.
12. Applicable Law Compliance
When registering with CoinC Tech, membership, you will be providing a username/email, and password, and it is your responsibility to keep responsible records of this information. Any sharing of this information with a third party becomes your sole responsibility to ensure the third party does not cause loss of access to your account or theft of content available to them. If unauthorized access takes place and you believe you have been compromized, please contact CoinC Tech via this email: CoinC Tech agrees to take website security seriously and to ensure security word press plugins are active and working.
CoinC Tech requests that you never allow remote access to your CoinC Tech account, share your screen with someone else, or allow access to your computer, and if you do so, you do so at your own risk, If your CoinC Tech becomes compromised due to third party access, we assume no responsibility for any loss of access or content therein. CoinC Tech does not guarantee that we will reimburse you for any losses suffered or be liable to you for any losses suffered as a result of a Security breach.
12.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations including third party rights and participation, and data privacy laws stated in this Agreement.
12.2 Website Content, Information and Reports. All graphics, logos, text, software. bots, audio clips, video clips, and digital downloads available on CoinC Tech, is the property of CoinC Tech or its content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property law.
CoinC Tech grants you access to our content solely for approved purposes subject to the terms of this Agreement. CoinC Tech makes it known that all other use of the enclosed content is prohibited by us, and that CoinC Tech has exclusivity to the property of the CoinC Tech site. Thereby you agree not to in any way exploit any of our Content, in whole or in part, publish, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, (unless an registered Affiliate of CoinC Tech), reverse engineer, or modify without written permission from CoinC Tech.
This Content includes any trademarks within Canada or other countries, and you may not display on a third party website, social media sites or marketing materials distributed online elsewhere, that may cause confusion among our customers or the general public at large, without prior written permission. This includes any CoinC Tech Content that you have access to that may disparage or discredit CoinC Tech.
Further you agree that the funds you use to purchasing Digital content, “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle”, and other Reports, and inclusive of the CoinC Tech Blog, are derived from legitimate sources of proceeds and not that of criminal conduct with funds which are from illegitimate sources , or the proceeds of money laundering or of terrorists , but are for the purposes of the Criminal Code and the Proceeds-of-Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financial Act (PCMLTFA), and which .(includes all Affiliates marketing of the “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle”). You further agree that you will not engage in any unlawful activities regarding the , CoinC Tech website and content and Affiliate services and that you are purchasing all and any of CoinC Tech products or services from legitimate sources.
12.3. Membership Relationship. My becoming a member of CoinC Tech, it does not authorize you to act as an agent of CoinC Tech (Unless you are a registered Affiliate) and nothing in this agreement is intended that you operate as a partnership or join venture partner.
12.4. Confidential Sharing. CoinC Tech requires that you as a member, keep any information confidential that you may receive about another member and only use it in connection to this CoinC Tech Agreement. CoinC Tech requires that you do not send any unsolicited communication to another member unless given permission as in an group training or Affiliate training. This includes phone numbers, addresses and email addresses,
12.5. Declared Taxes. It is your sole responsibility as an Affiliate to file Government tax reports regarding any income that may arise from or received from the CoinC Tech Affiliate Program. Furthermore, CoinC Tech requests that users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes earned from our Affiliate Program. You are acknowledge that CoinC Tech does not provide tax advice, legal advice, or investment advice and is not a financial Advisor of any kind. We require that you consult your own accounting or tax advisors before making any decisions with respect to your CoinC Tech Affiliate Earnings., and do your own due diligence in regard to your tax filing for each annual year.
12.6 CoinC Tech reserves the right to delete your membership account whether Free or Paid, if inactive for over a year. Any unclaimed Affiliate profit sitting in your account will be returned to CoinC Tech. CoinC Tech will contact you in the event your account reaches the inactive status, and offer you the opportunity to active your account prior to deletion. CoinC Tech reserves the right to deduct a dormancy fee or other administrative charge from such unclaimed funds, as permitted by applicable laws.
12.7. Estate and Death Procedures. If CoinC Tech receives notice that a member has died through legal documentation, and find the information to be true, for security reasons, you account will be frozen and deemed inaccessible until released to executor and/or inheritor. CoinC Tech advised and you agree to give us authorization to make inquiries, whether directly or through third parties, that we consider necessary to ascertain whether you have died. Once CoinC Tech validates that the executor/trustee through proof of valid will and Death Certificate, has qualified to receive Affiliate monies still remaining in your CoinC Tech members account. This money can only be transferred to you via the CoinC Tech membership, thereby we request the executor/trustee create a new account to accommodate this transfer of monies. CoinC Tech reserves the right and upon our sole discretion, will distribute the deceased funds to the new account. If there is no Will or death certificate available for the deceased, CoinC Tech reserves the right to transfer the monies back to our financial institution.
12.8. Inclusive and Entire Agreement. This Agreement between you and CoinC Tech inclusive of documents comprise the entire understanding and agreement and supersedes any and all prior Agreements. CoinC Tech reserves the right to update this Agreement from time to time and it is your responsibility to read and understand these updates.
12.9. Heading Interpretations. CoinC Tech has made this Agreement easy to read and understand and also convenient by selection of Headings and Sub-heading. These headings shall not govern the meaning or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement and are for separating portions of data within this Agreement for your convenience.
12.10. Non Transferable. CoinC Tech reserves the right to keep all memberships individual to the person who registered the membership and is in no way transferrable to another person or members. CoinC Tech also reserves the right, in certain circumstances to transfer or assign all information we have collected from you to a third party entity, if a merger or acquisition, sale or other change of control were to happen. Upon a third party take-over you reserve the right to terminate and delete your membership.
12.11 Exercising of our Rights. If CoinC Tech chooses under this Agreement not to enforce our rights, at any given time, we may reverse this decision and cancel any temporary action
12.12. Use of Language. All communication within the website for products and services or legal actions, shall be served in English. We will provide access to translate the website to the language of your choice, but do not claim any translation to be correct. If there is a discrepancy in the language version that affects this Agreement or other documents, the English version shall prevail
12.13. Third Party Mergers. In the event that CoinC Tech merges and or is acquired with a third party entity, any information we have collected from you any shared via email (including this Agreement) we reserve the right to transfer or assign such information collected and assigned to the third party as part of the requisition, sale, merger and all other transactions.
12.14. Termination and Survival. All transactions relating to termination or suspension by CoinC Tech, will continue to be binding and operate after the termination or expiration of this Agreement. CoinC Tech
12.13. Governing Law. This Agreement shall fall under the governing laws of British Columbia Canada.
13.19. Governing Law. This Agreement and the relationship between us shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
APPENDICES
Appendix 1: VERIFICATION PROCEDURES AND LIMITS CoinC Tech does it’s due diligence to protect our members from fraudulent users and activities. With internet algorithms changes constantly, helps tis effort, but also does scammers and hackers keep up with new algorithms and can find a way into your account.
In the event your identity has been compromised, CoinC Tech reserves the right to ask for verification of ID used to create your membership account. It is CoinC Tech policy that you use your real ID for registration, and that you are a real person, not an AI generated identity or faults identity setup to take Affiliate Profits that you have not earned personally.Appendix 2:COMMUNICATIONS
1. Electronic Delivery of Communications. All communications received from membership is in the form of electronic delivery, whether via email or SMS Text messaging and you agree and consent to receive Reports, Products and Services agreements, and all documents, used within your membership electronically.
2. CoinC Tech reserves the right to offer only electronic communication to our members.
Appendix 3: ADDITIONAL SERVICES
1. No Guarantee of Rewards. CoinC Tech stives to create a successful opportunity for our Affiliates to earn extra income. But we also reserve the right to disappointment and even witness no income from our Affiliate Program, due to cryptocurrency coins or tokens fees dropping below an acceptable level, which is out of our control, causing the general public to old off on moving forward with a crypto portfolio and purchasing the “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle”. On the contrary when this dip in cryptocurrency prices falls it often is the best time to setup a cryptocurrency portfolio as it become very affordable.
2. Billing and Membership Fees. When you purchase the CoinC Tech Paid Membership, we will bill you on the anniversary date of your membership registration for the membership fee that is active at that time. This Paid Membership fee will be deducted on an ongoing basis, until such time as you cancel your membership, or your membership is suspended or terminated. CoinC Tech reserve the right to increase or decrease this membership fee at any time, without cause.
3. When you use your Debit Card to purchase your CoinC Tech “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle” and your Paid Membership as your primary payment method, you authorize us to deduct the subscription fee and any other applicable taxes from that payment method monthly plus applicable taxes. In the event your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to deduct your payment with any other payment method you have added to your account.
If you are using Digital cryptocurrency to pay for your CoinC Tech product or services including your monthly membership, that these payments will be calculated at the prevailing trading rate for that day, for the coin/token you have chosen. CoinC Tech will provide you with three (3) day grace period to add to your account if for whatever reason you do not have sufficient funds to complete your subscription membership fee. In the event you do not add a payment method that has sufficient funds to cover your subscription fee. If you fail to add a payment method enough to cover your arrears, we will terminate your subscription.
CoinC Tech may from time to time change the dterms of your subscription and fees, and this change will be effective at the next billing period. You may cancel your account if you do not wish to acc3ept a change to the price of your subscription.
To cancel your CoinC Tech subscription Membership fee please provide in writing 48 hours prior to cancelling your account. Then go to your account settings and click “delete account”. You will have access to your CoinC Tech account until your paid subscription expires. There is not pro-rated fee available from CoinC Tech.
4. CoinC Tech in its sole discretion reserves the right to accept, refuse, suspend, or cancel your subscription at any time.
This agreement (the “Agreement”) is for customers

If you are a resident of any other country the following CoinC Tech “The Agreement” applies to you.

The following services (the “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle” Digital Educational Services”) may be provided to you by CoinC Tech:

CoinC Tech may now and in the future offer or recommend other Digital Currency products and services including Bitcoin mining bots etc. to our members. It is recommended you use your discretion before using any of these recommendations and get financial advice. CoinC Tech is not a financial advisor therefore the responsible for any members investment you make in any 3rd Party product or service, does not all under the CoinC Tech Agreement.
2.3 Fees
CoinC Tech offers a monthly paid membership service that the terms may change from time to time. It is your responsibility to pay and renew all fees for the membership payment on the monthly anniversary date of your membership. Failure to fulfill this requirement for membership will result in the cancellation of your account.

In order to begin using CoinC Tech digital products and services we require that you register as a member, and open an account with CoinC Tech. We will collect personal details including your name, email and phone number, and a password for future access to your account. If you complete the CoinC Tech membership registration, you have also accepted the CoinC Tech Terms,Disclaimer, and Refund Policy
Approval will need to be completed in writing if you wish to share your CoinC Tech digital content, Reports, and membership access with a third party. The CoinC Tech digital currency content is for you and only you. C has provided you with the opportunity to become an Affiliate of CoinC Tech if you wish to share the CoinC Tech digital content and/or Reports. This is in accordance with Section ))))))of this agreement. You may have only one CoinC Tech membership account per person. CoinC Tech has the sole discretion to refuse to open a CoinC Tech membership account, to suspend,or to delete or terminate a CoinC Tech. (Including but not limited to duplicate accounts You are fully responsible for all activity, payments and other activity that takes place in your CoinC Tech membership account. If anyone established access to your CoinC Tech membership account, you are fully responsible for all acts of omissions, loss of income, ore failure to fulill your CoinC Tech membership monthly payment fees.. Please see Section 7 below for more information.
In the event a third party does get access to your CoinC Tech membership account you acknowledge and agree that you will not hold CoinC Tech responsible or and will indemnify CoinC Tech from all and any liability that arises from third party activities on your CoinC Tech membership.
3.2. Consent to Access Personal Information;
When you complete your paid CoinC Tech membership collected data, you agree to provide us with the information required to complete your membership. You confirm that any registration information collected is complete, accurate and true to the best of your knowledge.
We hold the right to have your membership supplied personal information up-to-date, and in the event such information changes it your responsibility to update your CoinC Tech membership immediately. We reserve the right to and you also authorize us to make any inquiries to whether directly or through third parties to validate your personal information entered during CoinC Tech membership registration.
You authorize us to make enquiries, whether directly or through third parties, that we consider This maybe done to protect CoinC Tech against scammers, hackers and fraudulent activities. CoinC Tech has the right to take action we deem necessary based on any suspicious activity. In the event that such an action does need to take place, you give us permission to disclose your collected information to a third party. This security check should not affect your credit rating, but in the event that a 3rd party does also use this information , you agree to hold no animosity or to start legal action towards CoinC Tech. CoinC Tech reserves the right to suspend a CoinC Tech paid membership account until such activities have been resolved.
4.. Purchase or Sale of Digital Assets
4.1 . You may purchase supported Digital Assets by using fiat currency or digital currency depending on the product or service CoinC Tech offers for sale. Purchase of future digital assets using fiat currency should be settled in a normal or reasonable time frame. By completing your CoinC Tech paid membership application you agree and authorize CoinC Tech to use third party financial institutions with which we have partnered with to complete your purchase payment. In the event there is a disturbance in the world economy fiat system CoinC Tech reserves the right to change how our CoinC Tech paid membership can pay for our products and services. Payments for CoinC Tech products and services may be delayed due to financial institutions closing policies, including Canadian Government regulations, or national public holidays. In these instances a delay would only occur for one business day or after 1:30 pm (Pacific Standard Time PST)
4.2. Unsuccessful Payments.
In the event your payment for products or services from CoinC Tech was rejected, you will be required to use a different financial Institution to complete your payment. In the event that you notice any payment activity in your Financial Institution that you did not authorize that came from CoinC Tech, contact us immediately, so we can investigate this issue promptly. This may result in the cancellation of your account so that we can create a new account for you to deter further action by the said third party.

5. DIGITAL ASSET PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
5.1 Payment Funds
Payment funds for CoinC Tech paid membership or other CoinC Tech products and services may be debited from your payment method prior to you receiving such products or services. CoinC Tech uses third party payment processor to fulfill your orders, and have no control over how fast or slow the payments get processed. Thereby there may be a period of time from payment of products and services to receipt of such products and services.
5.2. Payment Methods.
CoinC Tech has added a choice of payment methods to allow you to purchase any of our products and services.
5.3. Recurring Digital Asset Transactions.
The CoinC Tech Paid Membership fee is a recurring monthly fee, and by completing your . CoinC Tech Paid Membership registration you have authorized us to initiate recurring electronic payments at the Paid membership fee price established by .CoinC Tech. These Paid Monthly payments will be deducted from your Financial Institution on the anniversary date for the day of the month you completed your registration. If said payment falls on a week-end or public holiday within the jurisdiction of your Financial Institution, the debit will be executed on the next business day. We will notify you if your Financial Institution is unable to complete the transaction. You also agree to notify . CoinC Tech of any change to your Financial Institution services in writing 72 hours prior to a scheduled debit transaction. CoinC Tech may suspend or delay recurring transactions without notice or terminate recurring payments by providing notice to you. It is your responsibility to speedily resolve this payment issue in a timely manner to avoid cancellation of your CoinC Tech account. You further acknowledge and agree that CoinC Tech has no liability for any losses related to payment denied issues.
6. Cancellation of Paid Membership
You may cancel your CoinC Tech Paid Membership at any time in writing or emailing CoinC Tech,, but we require seven days’ notice prior to your next Monthly membership payment due, otherwise your due payment will be processed. This cancellation notice does not void any outstanding Paid Membership fees owing to CoinC Tech. If you have occurred a negative balance in your . CoinC Tech Paid Membership account you will still be required to pay any outstanding amount. You authorize us to cancel or suspend any pending transactions owed to CoinC Tech at the time of cancellation.
6.3 Any product and service at. CoinC Tech may change or be discontinued at any time, and . CoinC Tech reserves the right at our sole discretion to do so and make such changes. You may receive a product that is similar and you agree to allow us to deliver the new product. We will try to notify you of such a change, discontinuation, or complete replacement of said product.
6.4 From time to time we may change or revise any aspect of this Agreement (including prices and fees associated with any of our products or services offered within . CoinC Tech at our sole discretion. CoinC Tech will try to notify you of any changes to our products and services in a timely fashion. We encourage you to visit the Disclaimer page, Terms page, Agreement page and the Affiliate page from time to time in the event you missed an update. You can terminate your account with . CoinC Tech at any time if you do not agree with the new modifications.
7. Disputes and Liability.
Our employees, agents, joint ventures or service providers are not liable, if for whatever reason you have place a dispute with a third party provider. Non of . CoinC Tech representatives will be liable for any claims, demands or damages (actual and consequential, direct or indirect) of any kind or nature arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
7.1 Full Indemnification. You agree that any of . CoinC Tech representatives , service providers or Affiliates will be indemnified of any costs including legal fees, fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority, in regards to any of . CoinC Tech products or services.
7.2 CoinC Tech is not liable for any investment losses you make in our products or services or that occur by using our products or services that you can or can not afford, that causes you to suffer.
7.3 Reputation Loss . As a member of . CoinC Tech, you agree that any loss of business or future members or revenue or damage of reputation or goodwill, to CoinC Tech due to actions taken by you whether verbal, written, SMS text messages or social media comments direct or indirect is prosecutable by law.
(b) Any damages or losses due to . CoinC Tech from misinformation, miss-communication, inaccurate content, from a member’s deeds shall be perceptional by law.
(c ) Whether we are able to prove or not prove any loss or damages that result from a breach of this Agreement regarding any content held within CoinC Tech that rises from a members activities outside of CoinC Tech, CoinC Tech reserves the right to legally address such exposure, and reclaim any financial losses from such members.
(d) Under law and regulation, including our obligation to exercise reasonable care and skill in our . CoinC Tech services, shall limit our liabilities, if such liability results from fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7.4 No Warranties.
CoinC Tech provides no further promises made by us around availability of our “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle” or . CoinC Tech paid membership addon reports and other products and services. plus CoinC Tech and all of the above is provided on an “as is” basis. . This includes any unforeseeable or abnormal circumstances that would have been unavoidable despite all efforts to the contrary, or where mandatory legal rules nor are we liable.
8. Accuracy and Site Availability
8. 1. During times of significant volatility or volume of users access to CoinC Tech may become unavailable to new or existing members. Access to your account , or support tickets, may have no access during power outages, or no internet services in the area of the Head Office,
Any alleged damages from CoinC Tech either from being offline, or other Godly Acts of Nature that prevent CoinC Tech from operating as usual, under no circumstances shall CoinC Tech be liable.
8.2. Website Accuracy. The CoinC Tech blog posts, and/or Reports may not be entirely current, accurate or complete even though we strive to provide timely and accurate information on the site, and this content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors.
CoinC Tech from time to time due to changes without notice in regard to applicable laws, may change content on the site, in an effort to continue to provide you with content as accurate and complete as possible. This extends to CoinC Tech products and services and we reservice the right to change this content without notice to the extent permitted by applicable law, and may all products and services may be updated from time to time without notice.
CoinC Tech advised you to do your own research and make decisions based on information you believe to be valid, and accordingly you should verify all information independently of CoinC Tech, and all decision made is your sole responsibility and CoinC Tech will have no liability for such decisions.

CoinC Tech is not responsible for any aspect of such information, contained in any third party materials, information, content or crypto mining bots apps and/or software..
9. Disputes, Complaints, Queries and/or Customer Feedback and Resolutions
9.1. For addressing any CoinC Tech concerns regarding your membership login, or not receiving membership content or the “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle”, please do not hesitate to provide feedback via this email: feedback@coinc.tech.
9.2 CoinC Tech complaints are addressed within 72 hours excluding national holidays and week-ends. If for whatever reason you feel your concern was not addressed to your satisfaction, after first contacting our support team to attempt to resolve such complaint, you can also leave a message at feedback@coinc.tech, and a Senior Tech Support from CoinC Tech will get back to you.
10. DATA PROTECTION
10.1. Personal Information Collected. CoinC Tech collects some personal information in relation to you, for our members, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which shall form part of this Agreement, and by completing your membership registration, you also accordingly represent and warrant the collection of such information.
(d) CoinC Tech advised that when you complete your membership application/registration, that your disclosure to us of such information is accurate and up to date and relevant when disclosed.
(e) CoinC Tech required you to read and understand the provided PrivacyPolicy prior to providing us your personal information, as linked here PrivacyPolicy. If for whatever reason a third party is registering on behalf of yourself you have also instructed them to read and understand the CoinC Tech PrivacyPolicy. reserves the right to amend the PrivacyPolicy from time to time and thereby also recommend you return to the PrivacyPolicy often to make sure you are up-to-date with the current CoinC Tech privacy Policy Agreement.
(f) If for whatever reason CoinC Tech provides you with a replacement version of the PrivacyPolicy, in unexpected needs, you accept and agree from time to time this may be changed. CoinC Tech recommends that you promptly read the new PrivacyPolicy upon notice of change provided by CoinC Tech.
11. Password Security.
When registering with CoinC Tech, membership, you will be providing a username/email, and password, and it is your responsibility to keep responsible records of this information. Any sharing of this information with a third party becomes your sole responsibility to ensure the third party does not cause loss of access to your account or theft of content available to them. If unauthorized access takes place and you believe you have been compromized, please contact CoinC Tech via this email: CoinC Tech agrees to take website security seriously and to ensure security word press plugins are active and working.
CoinC Tech requests that you never allow remote access to your CoinC Tech account, or share your screen with someone else, or allow access to your computer, and if you do so, you do so at your own risk, If your CoinC Tech becomes compromised due to third party access, we assume no responsibility for any loss of access or content therein. CoinC Tech does not guarantee that we will reimburse you for any losses suffered or be liable to you for any losses suffered as a result of a Security breach.
12. Applicable Law Compliance
12.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations including third party rights and participation, and data privacy laws stated in this Agreement.
12.2 Website Content, Information and Reports. All graphics, logos, text, software. bots, audio clips, video clips, and digital downloads available on CoinC Tech, is the property of CoinC Tech or its content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property law.
CoinC Tech grants you access to our content solely for approved purposes subject to the terms of this Agreement. CoinC Tech makes it known that all other use of the enclosed content is prohibited by us, and that CoinC Tech has exclusivity to the property of the CoinC Tech site. Thereby you agree not to in any way exploit any of our Content, in whole or in part, publish, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, (unless an registered Affiliate of CoinC Tech), reverse engineer, or modify without written permission from CoinC Tech. This Content includes any trademarks within Canada or other countries, and you may not display on a third party website, social media sites or marketing materials distributed online elsewhere, that may cause confusion among our customers or the general public at large, without prior written permission. This includes any CoinC Tech Content that you have access to that may disparage or discredit CoinC Tech.
Further you agree that the funds you use to purchasing Digital content, “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle”, and other Reports, and inclusive of the CoinC Tech Blog, are derived from legitimate sources of proceeds and not that of criminal conduct with funds which are from illegitimate sources , or the proceeds of money laundering or of terrorists , but are for the purposes of the Criminal Code and the Proceeds-of-Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financial Act (PCMLTFA), and which .(includes all Affiliates marketing of the “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle”). You further agree that you will not engage in any unlawful activities regarding the , CoinC Tech website and content and Affiliate services and that you are purchasing all and any of CoinC Tech products or services from legitimate sources.
12.3. Membership Relationship. My becoming a member of CoinC Tech, it does not authorize you to act as an agent of CoinC Tech (Unless you are a registered Affiliate) and nothing in this agreement is intended that you operate as a partnership or join venture partner.
12.4. Confidential Sharing. CoinC Tech requires that you as a member, keep any information confidential that you may receive about another member and only use it in connection to this CoinC Tech Agreement. CoinC Tech requires that you do not send any unsolicited communication to another member unless given permission as in an group training or Affiliate training. This includes phone numbers, addresses and email addresses,
12.5. Declared Taxes. It is your sole responsibility as an Affiliate to file Government tax reports regarding any income that may arise from or received from the CoinC Tech Affiliate Program. Furthermore, CoinC Tech requests that users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes earned from our Affiliate Program. You are acknowledge that CoinC Tech does not provide tax advice, legal advice or investment advice, and is not a Financial Advisor of any kind. We require that you consult your own accounting or tax advisors before making any decisions with respect to your CoinC Tech Affiliate Earnings., and do your own due diligence in regard to your tax filing for each annual year.
12.6 CoinC Tech reserves the right to delete your membership account whether Free or Paid, if inactive for over a year. Any unclaimed Affiliate profit sitting in your account will be returned to CoinC Tech. CoinC Tech will contact you in the event your account reaches the inactive status, and offer you the opportunity to active your account prior to deletion. CoinC Tech reserves the right to deduct a dormancy fee or other administrative charge from such unclaimed funds, as permitted by applicable laws.
12.7. Estate and Death Procedures. If CoinC Tech receives notice that a member has died through legal documentation, and find the information to be true, for security reasons, you account will be frozen and deemed inaccessible until released to executor and/or inheritor. CoinC Tech advised and you agree to give us authorization to make inquiries, whether directly or through third parties, that we consider necessary to ascertain whether you have died. Once CoinC Tech validates that the executor/trustee through proof of valid will and Death Certificate, has qualified to receive Affiliate monies still remaining in your CoinC Tech members account. This money can only be transferred to you via the CoinC Tech membership, thereby we request the executor/trustee create a new account to accommodate this transfer of monies. CoinC Tech reserves the right and upon our sole discretion, will distribute the deceased funds to the new account. If there is no Will or Death Certificate available for the deceased, CoinC Tech reserves the right to transfer the monies back to our Financial Institution.
12.8. Inclusive and Entire Agreement. This Agreement between you and CoinC Tech inclusive of documents comprise the entire understanding and agreement and supersedes any and all prior Agreements. CoinC Tech reserves the right to update this Agreement from time to time and it is your responsibility to read and understand these updates.
12.9. Heading Interpretations. CoinC Tech has made this Agreement easy to read and understand and also convenient by selection of Headings and Sub-heading. These headings shall not govern the meaning or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement and are for separating portions of data within this Agreement for your convenience.
12.10. Non Transferable. CoinC Tech reserves the right to keep all memberships individual to the person who registered the membership and is in no way transferrable to another person or members. CoinC Tech also reserves the right, in certain circumstances to transfer or assign all information we have collected from you to a third party entity, if a merger or acquisition, sale or other change of control were to happen. Upon a third party take-over you reserve the right to terminate and delete your membership.
12.11 Exercising of our Rights. If CoinC Tech chooses under this Agreement not to enforce our rights, at any given time, we may reverse this decision and cancel any temporary action
12.12. Use of Language. All communication within the website for products and services or legal actions, shall be served in English. We will provide access to translate the website to the language of your choice, but do not claim any translation to be correct. If there is a discrepancy in the language version that affects this Agreement or other documents, the English version shall prevail
12.13. Third Party Mergers. In the event that CoinC Tech merges and or is acquired with a third party entity, any information we have collected from you any shared via email (including this Agreement) we reserve the right to transfer or assign such information collected and assign to the third party as part of the requisition, sale, merger and all other transactions.,
12.14. Termination and Survival. All transactions relating to termination or suspension by CoinC Tech, will continue to be binding and operate after the termination or expiration of this Agreement. CoinC Tech
12.13. Governing Law. This Agreement shall fall under the governing laws of British Columbia Canada.
13.19. Governing Law. This Agreement and the relationship between us shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
APPENDICES
Appendix 1: VERIFICATION PROCEDURES AND LIMITS
CoinC Tech does it’s due diligence to protect our members from fraudulent users and activities. With internet algorithms changes constantly, helps tis effort, but also does scammers and hackers keep up with new algorithms and can find a way into your account.
In the event your identity has been compromised, CoinC Tech reserves the right to ask for verification of ID used to create your membership account. It is CoinC Tech policy that you use your real ID for registration, and that you are a real person, not an AI generated identity or faults identity setup to take Affiliate Profits that you have not earned personally.
Appendix 2: COMMUNICATIONS
3. Electronic Delivery of Communications. All communications received from membership is in the form of electronic delivery, whether via email or SMS Text messaging and you agree and consent to receive Reports, Products and Services agreements, and all documents, used within your membership electronically.
4. CoinC Tech reserves the right to offer only electronic communication to our members.
Appendix 3: ADDITIONAL SERVICES
1.6. No Guarantee of Rewards. CoinC Tech stives to create a successful opportunity for our Affiliates to earn extra income. But we also reserve the right to disappointment and even witness no income from our Affiliate Program, due to cryptocurrency coins or tokens fees dropping below an acceptable level, which is out of our control, causing the general public to old off on moving forward with a crypto portfolio and purchasing the “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle”. On the contrary when this dip in cryptocurrency prices falls it often is the best time to setup a cryptocurrency portfolio as it become very affordable.
5. Billing and Membership Fees. When you purchase the CoinC Tech Paid Membership, we will bill you on the anniversary date of your membership registration for the membership fee that is active at that time. This Paid Membership fee will be deducted on an ongoing basis, until such time as you cancel your membership, or your membership is suspended or terminated. CoinC Tech reserve the right to increase or decrease this membership fee at any time, without cause.
6. When you use your Debit Card to purchase your CoinC Tech “CoinC Tech Crypto Bundle” and your Paid Membership as your primary payment method, you authorize us to deduct the subscription fee and any other applicable taxes from that payment method monthly plus applicable taxes. In the event your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to deduct your payment with any other payment method you have added to your account.
If you are using Digital cryptocurrency to pay for your CoinC Tech product or services including your monthly membership, that these payments will be calculated at the prevailing trading rate for that day, for the coin/token you have chosen.
CoinC Tech will provide you with three (3) day grace period to add to your account if for whatever reason you do not have sufficient funds to complete your subscription membership fee. In the event you do not add a payment method that has sufficient funds to cover your subscription fee. If you fail to add a payment method enough to cover your arrears, we will terminate your subscription.
CoinC Tech may from time to time change the terms of your subscription and fees, and this change will be effective at the next billing period. You may cancel your account if you do not wish to acc3ept a change to the price of your subscription.
To cancel your CoinC Tech subscription Membership fee please provide in writing 48 hours prior to cancelling your account. Then go to your account settings and click “delete account”. You will have access to your CoinC Tech account until your paid subscription expires. There is not pro-rated fee available from CoinC Tech.
